Mid-market Investment bank is seeking to strengthen their Technology M&A division with the hire of 2 junior candidates.

My client is a globally recognised name in the mid-cap banking space and has had a very successful year to date. Free from the constraints of their larger banking competitors, they have enjoyed a strong growth period over the past 12 months and have attracted some high-calibre senior bankers from around the globe Deal flow has been growing month on month and there is a real need to add junior resource to the team.

The requirements are at the Analyst and Junior Associate level.

Analyst – at least 12 months of relevant deal experience. This does not have to be from a Technology/TMT division, however a real interest in the sector is preferred. Ideally you will have undergone a training scheme and will therefore possess a strong quantitative background and will have the ability to hit the ground running in regards to the technical and financial aspects of the role.

Associate – ideally 3 years of analyst experience looking for a step up in terms of title and responsibility. At this level, previous exposure to the Tech sector is preferred but my client will be accommodating for candidates seeking a new challenge and focus. Class of 2006 are perfect.
