Our client is a large, well known Financial Institution with a long track record of investing in Private Equity. An opportunity has arisen to join the coinvestment team investing alongside a variety of European GPs.
Our client is the London office of a large, well known Financial Institution which has a long track record of investing across a wide vaiety of asset classes including Private Equity. As well as acting as an LP the institution will also coinvest alongside GPs.
An role has arisen for an Associate to join the co-investment eam to assist with the origination, analysis and execution of coinvestment opportunities throughout Europe.
The successful candidate will:
* Assist with the analysis, due dilligence and presentation of investment opportunities to the investment committee;
* Assist in the monitoring and reporting on the performance of portfolio companies;
* Assist in working with portfolio companies to assess and enhance performance.
Candidate should have experience in M&A, Leveraged Finance or Private Equity and be able to demonstrate commercial judgement, attention to detail and strong analytical and modelling skills. Fluency in a continental European language is essential.
