This position will be based in Singapore. The role primarily focuses on undertaking investment/financial/operational commercial due diligence and conducting periodic valuation & business modeling review for the buy-side. The candidate must be able to demonstrate critical thinking, validation and analytical skills coupled with strong presentation capabilities.

To succeed in this role you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:

• Five to six years of COMBINED experience in conducting Investment/Financial/Commercial Due Diligence and solid hands-on modeling for Private Equity Firms and/or buy-side
• Experience in working for commercial bank’s credit departments doing balance sheet, profit and loss analyses involving DCF modeling and rating companies’ credit quality is a major plus
• Exposure to consultancy practice would be useful
• Operational/Domain experience in the Natural Resources (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Commodities and Metals & Mining) and Energy sector is a major plus
• Skills in the fundamental analysis of company financials
• High level of competence in DCF and investment valuation modeling skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in Powerpoint
