A strong agency trainer and developer has the ability to add to the success of this agency force. Partner with senior management and distribution heads to development strategic and impact further sales capability across all channels.

This job needs a strong leader to influence and deliver change. They’ll have at least 10 years of experience at top management level developing, training and field force, direct sales and internal management with exceptional communication skills.
