PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Manage client engagements and relationships “top-to-bottom”
- Oversee and direct client scheduling and consulting work flow
- Manage/run Weekly Client Meeting, provide weekly status reports to Consultant(s)
- Manage and direct the Master Travel Schedule, oversee scheduling of calls and on-sites
- Maintain and update the Client Capacity Manager
- Direct, review and approve client work product (participate as needed)
- Direct, review and approve paperwork for client calls, work blocks and on site meetings
- Draft and deliver client Call Logs
- Review Client Time Reports, provide weekly status reports
- Ensure client files, binders, and managers are maintained accurately and timely
- Direct and support the Consulting Team in client work flow and activities
- Perform special assignments as requested
CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - Act as the primary relationship contact: intake, filter, and respond (phone & e-mail)
- Participate in ongoing client calls, update Call Notes and oversee follow through
- Provide weekly status reports to clients (phone or e-mail)
- Support CONS in providing direction, guidance and input to clients regarding work in progress
- Respond to client service needs or request, or direct to appropriate team member
- Handle client scheduling as needed
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing excellent service and ensuring that client expectations are exceeded on a daily basis
- Manage team, process and clients to ensure a positive client experience!
- Perform special assignments as requested
- Oversee scheduling and preparation of Speaking Engagements
- Conduct initial prospect intake calls, schedule subsequent calls with Consultant as appropriate
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelors Degree • Strong intellectual, analytical and reasoning abilities • Ability to see big picture while maintaining attention to detail • Ability to multi-task in a very busy environment • Ability to work independently and be a team player • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word (advanced preferred) • Knowledge of Excel (advanced preferred) • A positive, “whatever it takes” attitude • A strong drive to pursue improvement and development at individual and firm level PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Superior communication skills
