Challenges of the position include:

• Works as a member of a team on product implementation enhancement, and/or integration projects for clients on site, as needed)
• Establish interfaces between new application and existing business systems.
• Provide security training on the application level.
• Business process research, presentation and communication of project objectives and recommended solutions.
• Issue and enhance test cases, issue resolution, analysis and trouble shooting.
• Continuously review user documentation & process documentation and improve software expertise.
• Communication with support, quality assurance and development; issue entry and tracking, help desk communication.
• Data entry.

Qualifications for consideration:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or closely related field
• 12 months experience or completion of college-level coursework related to database administration and design, SQL, and/or Crystal Report writing.
• An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train others.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 2000/ XP, SQL.
• Extensive travel (80%+).
