You will be expected to present investment opportunities to senior management following detailed analysis and assessment. In addition you will supervise and report on the day-to-day operations of the company portfolio and cash management positions using your in-depth knowledge of investment practices. You will use your experience to evaluate investment proposals made by junior members of the team. You will submit recommendations based on your due diligence research explaining fully the opportunities and risks and protect investments by closely monitoring their performance. In addition you will monitor any regulatory changes in the business environment.

In order to be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate strong market and business fundamentals with a background in financial planning and experience in reporting results. You will be fully up-to-date with all applicable local laws, rules and regulations surrounding investment operations. You will require strong analysis skills with a natural ability to prioritise information. Good knowledge of statistical programs and knowledge of interpreting quantitative data is essential. You should have a minimum of 6 years experience within Private Equity / Investment Bank.

UAE based candidates will be preferred; our client is not willing to recruit from outside the GCC region.
