This institution is one of Abu Dhabi's top tier Investment Banks.  They have extremely good backing and a strong balance sheet going into 2010.

The DCM team is now seeking a transaction originator to push the existing DCM structuring team forward through 2010.  The team is headed by an exceptionally strong top tier Investment Banker who has the capacity to develop people quickly and thoroughly.   There will however be quite a lot of autonomy in the role as the key position is to originate business and help develop the existing, more junior members of the DCM team.

In order to be successful you must:

Come from a top tier Investment Banking background

Have a number of years experience covering Debt Capital Markets

Have experience in credit and ratings

Have a thorough understanding of restructuring and workouts, structured lending, derivatives and bonds/loans advisory 

Be currently based in the UAE

Be willing to relocate/live in Abu Dhabi
