Team Overview
A team of 9 people looking after the outsourced service providers for our UK Fund range, Channel Island domiciled funds and our Private Equity fund range
Overview of role
Responsibilities:
? Handling the day to day relationships with UK Funds Client Support’s key suppliers, in particular Transfer Agency ? Monitoring the delivery of services to internal and external clients and ensuring the service delivered meets their requirements in particular where an SLA exists ? Monitoring key controls of Supplier responsibilities eg Deal Amends, Box Profit & Loss, Ex Gratia & Compensation payments, Secondary Market Dealing ? Reviewing performance of suppliers, including review of monthly KPI pack and highlighting issues with Supplier monitoring through to resolution ? Supporting interface processes between key suppliers and clients and delivery of services not supplied by Transfer Agent including Single Swinging Price Decisions, Chasing Debtors & Creditors, Statement co-ordination ? Supporting the implementation and delivery of change with external Service providers and internal departments including service improvements where the cost benefit of doing so justifies ? Resolving service issues with, and on behalf of, service recipients and suppliers ? Supporting the service relationships with key clients, understanding their issues and requirements and working with them and service suppliers to develop the service ? Providing support to internal & external Audits ? Providing input to Management Information/regular reporting provided to Senior Management
