Afin d’accompagner notre croissance, nous créons un poste de Consultant Front Office Senior à Beijing.
Après une période de formation, vous accompagnerez nos clients et prospects dans des projets stratégiques complexes. Vous présenterez les différents modules Front Office des solutions et leurs possibilités aux prospects lors de démonstrations ou de workshops spécifiques. Vous participerez aux études relatives aux projets des clients et à la formalisation de propositions commerciales complexes. Vous gérerez l’implémentation des progiciels dans l’environnement fonctionnel et informatique des clients. Vous assurerez les formations nécessaires auprès des utilisateurs et les conseillerez afin de leur garantir une utilisation optimale de nos solutions.
Interlocuteur privilégié des clients, vous répondrez à leurs questions et interviendrez pour leur apporter un support personnalisé. Interface avec l’équipe recherche et développement, vous leur ferez part des souhaits d’évolution exprimés par les clients, les spécifierez et suivrez leur réalisation jusqu’à la livraison et le déploiement chez les clients.
Vous avez acquis une solide expérience en finance de marché avec 2 à 4 ans d’expérience idéalement orientée Front Office acquise chez un éditeur, un intégrateur ou une institution financière, vous êtes diplômé d’une Grande Ecole d’Ingénieurs. Pour ce poste nécessitant des déplacements en Asie votre anglais est courant.

After a training period, your role will start very early to support the sales process. Acting as a business expert, you will run demonstrations and manage workshops to present the functional and technical benefits our users are getting from our solutions. You will coordinate and project manage trial periods and implementations onsite with the clients. Ensuring training and providing consultancy activities will be part of your responsibilities. We are looking for an MSc-level graduate (at least) from a top-rated Engineering School/University with at least 2 to 4 years’ work experience in a corporate environment, ideally related to Front Office in banking. You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of derivatives and mathematical finance. We also require excellent client relationship skills, a clear and friendly communication style as well as a great presentation. An impeccable standard of spoken and written English is a must to be successful in this international role.
