Our client is an innovative and leading research information & analytics provider to Investment Banks, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. Due to the unique nature of what they provide and market strength of their proposition, they are rapidly growing and need to hire an additional Account Manager to lead on the commercial management of a number of key buy side client relationships. Responsibilities include:

•           Total “client ownership” of clients accounts, and more as further new sales are made in your territory.

•           Commercial responsibility for the clients, protecting existing revenue and growing it by way of additional users, products and professional services projects.

•           Ensuring client satisfaction in respect of all services received from the company.

Appropriate candidates will have the following skills and experience:

•           Experience as either an account manager, sales executive / sales manager, or client relationship manager working for a market data or research provider.

•           Experience account managing / selling to institutional asset managers and hedge funds is preferred.

•           The commercial ability to grow account revenues.

•           Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•           A willingness to drive forwards new solutions and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

•           Conscientious and reliable.
