You will be responsible for:

• Leading the finance function of the business and be responsible for all company secretarial duties across the business
• Working closely with the COO and board members, presenting to them and offering strategic advice
• Working closely with external auditors, investors, bankers and lawyers
• Providing financial analysis of the current model and predicting expected performance
• Maintaining all accounting records and liasing closely with the rest of the business

To be successful in your applicattion you MUST have:

• A recognised finance or accounting qualification
• At least 5 years relevant experience of having worked for a Hong Kong Property Developer, REIT or Investment Fund
• Have a strong knowledge of company secretarial duties and latest regulatory and compliance issues
• Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working at board level
