Our Client
Our client is a stable foreign bank with an established presence in Singapore. They have consistently been maintaining a good position in the Project Finance league tables for the Asia-Pacific region.
The Job
Portfolio management and credit monitoring for Structured, Project Finance and Leveraged Finance accounts.
Handle all credit-related matters for the accounts
Develop and maintain communication networks with Borrowers / Sponsors / Banks to enhance relationship and collect information.
Handle workout/problem accounts to achieve maximum recovery through restructuring negotiations, liquidation of collateral, disposal of assets and any necessary legal actions when necessary.
Supervise and execute check-and-balance procedures for new transactions including client proposals and presentation materials, new credit applications and documentation work.
Support in planning and carrying out of Group Strategies
Research on clients, markets, and industry sectors.
The Candidate
University graduate with professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CA or ACCA)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Structured/Project finance teams in interantional banks.
