This well regarded group requires a Director to build relationships within the local business community with the aim of developing new primary switcher business or secondary relationships for the bank. 

The successful candidate will therefore have excellent networking and interpersonal skills, and sales experience, ideally within a banking environment.  As a large part of the role will be aiming to win new lending business you will posses excellent credit analysis skills and knowledge of credit processes.
