The market has continued to grow strong and there has been a need to bring on a Country Product Manager to head up the team in Shanghai. Reporting to the Regional Product Head, you will also be responsible for:

• Devising and implementing strategic plans and product strategy for the transaction banking business to exceed all financial and non financial goals
• Origination process, pricing, management of assets and liabilities and allocation of RWA
• Assessing market trends and identifying business opportunities or threats that may impact trade, cash management and securities services
• Understanding customer behavior and developing propositions that will drive revenues
• Driving continuous product innovation to reinforce competitive edge in the market
• Providing product solutions to complex deals
• Over see product launches and work with sales and marketing on marketing collaterals and events
• Working with operations to ensure high level of service is provided to clients, and maintaining high level and quality client interaction
• Recruiting and developing next generation leaders in transaction banking

In order to be considered, you must possess:

• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics or a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 10 years in transaction banking, in a product management role
• Solid product exposure in cash management, trade finance and supply chain with good working experience within the China market
• Extensive team management experience
• Strong influential, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive and manage change
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are required.
