Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day support for New Business implementation of separately managed & sub-advised institutional accounts with assigned region with limited supervision • Carry out the operational aspects of client agreements and support periodic regulatory reporting / filings in local jurisdictions with limited supervision • Contribute to the development & implementation of policies / procedures with internal departments & client custodians/administrators • Coordinate and fulfill assigned Ops functions with respect to products and processes as mandated by the operational obligations of the Company • Responsible for the timely & accurate resolution of ops issues & queries for regional institutional and retail clients • Regional ops and records database maintenance within internal reporting & client management systems • Regional support for new product implementation & ongoing maintenance as assigned by management • Regional support of planned & unplanned initiatives and projects as assigned by management Requirements: -5-10 years total experience in financial services operations (settlements, trade support) -Experience in DIA related Operations -Japanese Trust Bank experience -Experience of day to day contact with administrators/brokers -Experience in a relatively small but international asset management firm -Fluent Japanese and English -Good client facing skills and ability to interface with institutional clients
