We are a leading London based corporate finance firm providing financial and strategic advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and financial restructuring to media and technology companies. Our client base ranges from major international media companies through to niche, high growth businesses.

We have grown rapidly over the last 3 years and expanded the team at a senior level, generating a high level of deal flow and a robust pipeline. As a result there is the need for additional support at the Senior Analyst/ Associate level.

The successful applicant will have:

• 2 - 4 years M&A investment banking experience
• Very strong technical financial skills, including operational modelling, valuation and LBO analysis
• Excellent written and communication ability
• Ability to work in small teams with a high level of client contact and responsibility

Whilst experience of the media or technology sectors is not a pre-requisite, it is anticipated that the preferred candidate would have a very keen interest in developing their knowledge and experience of these sectors.
