Qualifications Wealth Management Data Management Associate
JPMorgan Wealth Management is seeking an Associate to join the Funds Management Client Support team to support the Alternative Investments Group ("AIG"). The AIG identifies, performs due diligence on, and markets alternative investments such as private equity, hedge funds and real estate to the clients within the Private Bank, Private Wealth Management and Private Client Services globally. As an Associate, you will work closely with a wide variety of teams (including Front Office, Middle Office, Investor Relations, Due Diligence, Risk, Portfolio Management) to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and process enhancements. You will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments and demonstrate independent initiative and sound decision-making skills. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity with respect to client information.
In particular, your Responsibilities will include the following: Provide oversight to offshore data management team to facilitate the delivery of urgent data requests, and ongoing client contact informationPro-actively propose innovative business solutions required to increase the efficiency of information flow and communication channels between different areas of the businessDrive implementation of new processes, controls, management reports, metricsPrimary point person for the broad implementation of information management projects for Wealth Management clientsTransition streamlined processes to offshore teamsClient data maintenanceManage implementation and user administration for electronic delivery Oversight of internal team website content Update statistics, team metrics weekly Maintain issues log and resolution monitoring
