Global Head Of Data Management is required by a major investment management firm. The role is crucial for leading the strategic direction of data throughout the organisation. You will be tasked with building a data governance framework throughout the organisation, including building and maintaing effective principles and policies. The role will be ensuring that IT can effectivly deliver a market leading data solution for the business and also make sure it is supported and running at all times. You should also ensure that the appropriate data management is applied for change programmes. You wil obviosuy build and manage the data teams internally as well as externally with outsourced areas. You wil need excellent investment management / asset management knowledge and experience as well as experience performing a similair level role within Data Management. Good appreciation how data is used, data flows and ideally a good understanding of the diffenet products from the front office.
