The role:

- Manage client portfolios (approximately 100 clients) across all asset classes, as a member of the asset allocation, stock selection, hedge, fixed interest and manager selection committees.

- Contribute to strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions.

- Contribute to the sales and marketing efforts through regular research and presentations.

- Analyse and develop investment ideas for client portfolios and group funds.

- Maintain relationships with clients and support Relationship Managers.

The person:

- Must have proven experience in this field. Several years total experience in the investment management sector. Ideally a mix of private client management experience and some stock research experience (equity research experience would add value to the current team).

- IMC or CFA qualified.
