The Challenge
Great opportunity for a graduate with a first rate academic record to join a Corporate Finance firm as an Analyst. The role will involve working with a team of experienced professionals who provide an advisory services on corporate transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Re-structuring, Debt and Equity raising, MBO's / MBI's and trade sales. The main responsibilities of the Analyst will include:
Company research and special project work.
Investment appraisal and financial analysis.
Assisting with the preparation of financial models.
Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for new mandates.
Other ad hoc project work associated with required.
Role may involve some travel.
The Candidate
The Candidate will be a recently qualified graduate (min 2.1 Hons required) from a business / engineering discipline. The Candidate must possess excellent analytical skills, strong grades in maths / statistics / finance related subjects required due to the nature of the role along with a high degree of computer literacy. First rate communication and interpersonal skills are also required for the role.

The Client is a well known boutique Corporate Finance and advisory firm with its Irish operation located in Dublin City Centre.
The Compensation
There is a salary on offer circa (25k - 30k) commensurate with skills and experience.
