Our team of Recruiting professionals provides tailored end to end recruiting strategies for our internal clients and are responsible for all components of the sourcing process including; recruitment governance, execution, relationship management and development of quality partnerships with our strategic search firm partners.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Lead full life-cycle recruiting efforts for all Credit Suisse Business groups in Australia (Asset Management, Equity, Fixed Income, Investment Banking, Private Banking and Shared Services)
Partner with HRBPs (HR Generalists) to deliver high level value-added service to the client population such as: market intelligence, succession planning, talent pooling, driving diversity initiatives.
Partner with Hiring Managers to determine and implement optimal sourcing strategies for their businesses, including leveraging various direct sourcing strategies
Conduct direct sourcing through full range of channels, including networking, research, referrals, internal candidates, company website, and job boards
Manage Recruiting Coordinator on a day to day basis who will primarily execute the requisition, job description, and approval processes, while also supporting direct sourcing efforts
Develop and maintain critical reporting for HRBPs and the business, including overviews of volume, source, and fees as well as candidate/interview data tracking
Manage key relationships with Executive Search and Contingent Recruitment firms
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Extensive in-house recruiting experience or search firm /contingent agency background preferably with responsibility for one or more front office product areas.
Executive search /research experience in financial service highly regarded.
Strong communication skills and can demonstrate proven client relationship management skills
Ability to balance BAU task with regional and global projects – proven project management skills highly regarded
Experience with an ATS and/or candidate management system
Knowledge of structure and talent requirements of one or more of the following essential: financial markets / investment banking / private banking products
Knowledge of and relationships with relevant vendors in the market and ability to negotiate and close on contract negotiations with potential candidates and recruitment suppliers
Ability to drive administrative / on-boarding tasks associated with the recruitment process
High level professionalism, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and high quality standards
