The required role is to proactively manage the existing HK Bank Sales and Service Team and to reach out to prospective clients to achieve agreed cost, revenue and volume targets within Transaction Sales for the bank segment. Responsibilities• Manage the Transaction Banking Sales team with an emphasis on the Banks business in HK • Develop clear Bank Trade and Cash strategy covering the execution of sales for both onshore and outbound sales • Execute TB Banks strategy to maximise business growth and profitability, and fortify Bank’s reputation in the market • Strengthen client relationships to secure business and generate revenues to meet financial targets • Ensure high quality delivery of TB Cash and Trade products and services • Manage Risk Management functions in the areas of Credit and Compliance Requirements
