This position would be working alongside one of the Managing Directors for deals across the UK. Due to the international nature of the firm, this candidate would also be working on cross border transactions also.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have extensive UK focused M&A experience and will have very strong technical skills. Candidates must also be familiar with the UK take over code and listing rules. Candidates must come from blue chip organisations and have first class academics.
