You will become part of a team of lawyers, accountants and secretarial support that manages a portfolio of client companies.
• As your main focus you will be responsible for all accounting matters for client companies, such as preparation of quarterly reporting and annual accounts, preparation of income tax returns and VAT returns; we will expect you to be able to work autonomously but able to recognize when assistance is needed • Communicate with and advise clients, (tax) advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other offices worldwide • Assist auditors in case of audits performed on client companies • Involvement in other aspects of client work such as corporate legal and tax.
Profile
• Degree inaccounting or ACCA qualified or part-qualified • At least 2-3 years experience in a comparable position; exposure to tax driven structures is a definite advantage • Willingness to develop (international) tax and company law knowledge • Strong financial/accounting and analytical skills • Commercial, dynamic attitude and excellent communication skills • Able to work in a team and autonomously • Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of French or German will be an advantage
