Personal Profile
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - A masters degree, preferably in a quantitative field like econometrics or engineering; - 1 to 3 years working experience in (market) risk management, quantitative research or treasury advice; - Understanding of financial instruments, markets and market risks; - Keen interest in macroeconomic and real estate risk drivers; - Both strong analytical and communication skills (oral and written), i.e. you are able to structure and explain complex quantitative issues to a non-quantitative audience; - Good knowledge of modeling tools, risk management processes and methodologies; - Good consulting and project management skills; with result-oriented approach.
Finally, you like working in a multidisciplinary environment and make connection across different fields / business lines, you are flexible and have a strong business sense.
