As the Change Manager, you will lead the finance streams of the change programmes for Treasury and Asset Management products and will have a key role in defining and implementing the product control target operating model for these areas. Other key responsibilities will include:

-Liaising with stakeholders and users to determine project requirements and scope and produce project initiation documents

-Driving the production of business requirements and functional specifications

-Engagement with the technical teams to determine technical delivery plans, including resources

-Owning the project planning, controlling, reporting and chairing of control meetings

-Managing the project’s risks, issues and dependencies and developing resolutions

-Recruitment, development and individual management of a team of business analysts

You will be a Senior Change Manager/Project Manager with a background in front to back finance projects from an Investment Banking environment. You will ideally have knowledge of both group treasury finance and their associated products.
