Job description
The Business Advisors in Finance will cover the following responsibilities:

SOLUTIONS:
- Accounting, Planning/Budgeting and Forecasting,
- Organisation & Process Re-engineering/ Improvement,
- Business Architecture (functional & applicative),
- Alignment of IT versus Business strategy,
- ERP Implementation support,
- Master Data Management (Data Quality Improvement),
- Controlling and financial management experts,
- Project management,
- Change management,
- Definition of Target Operating Model and implementation,
- Compliance and regulatory reporting expertise.

ACTIVITIES:
- Understand the current state and assess business & IT capabilities,
- Understand requirements, identify gaps and translate to solution & alternatives,
- Analyse impacts on processes, operating model and functional architecture,
- Communicate findings to stakeholders and provide assurance in the feasibility,
- Follow up on project delivery and consistency towards requirements,
- Organise testing strategy, alternatives and fallback scenarios,
- Help program managers fill in costs & synergies, mitigate risks, manage stakeholders expectations and change management.
 

Who we are looking for
Education:
University degree (MBA is an asset) or postgraduate degree in Applied Economics, Economics, Commercial Engineering, Finance or Other.

Language:
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English. Additional languages are an asset.

Experience:
- 3 to 12 years experience in one or more of the above areas but also with adequate values and competencies such as team players, leadership skills, analytical skills, motivation and commitment.
- You should also commit to continuously develop knowledge and skills, accumulate experience, use technology to learn, share knowledge with team members and contribute to the development of our business.
