Report to Head of Cr Risk Mgt, supervise 7 subordinates, responsible for credit risk control, perform due deligienceon pre/post approval, monitor loan proflio & credit limit exposures, develop implemention framework of Basel II
Requirement
University graduate
At least 10 years HR experience with Banking field
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent in spoken & written English & Cantonese
Mandarin spoken skill is a must
CFA/FRM preferable
Responsibilities
Report to Head of Credit Risk Management and supervise 6-7 subordinates.
Be responsible for credit risk control, loan covenants control, documentation verification and problem loans recovery.
Perform due diligence and provide comments on transaction deal pre/post approval and pay site visit with relationship manager if necessary.
Monitor the existing project finance and loan portfolio.
Monitor credit limit exposures against valid authorization and sufficient security coverage.
Assess the underwriting risk of syndication loan transactions.
Develop the implementation framework under the Basel II project.
Coordinate with the various departments such as Internal/External Audit Department, Compliance and Operations Department.
Update procedures on Credit Control and Monitoring.
