Within this exciting Investment Banking client, the Principal Client Services Manager is a critical role responsible for partnering with key business stakeholders to set and deliver against the recruitment strategy to meet business goals. You will manage a team of IT recruitment professionals across Singapore and Hong Kong to deliver hires to meet the business plan, taking accountability for the performance of your team to agreed SLAs and adherence to the client’s process and policies. You will use your knowledge and expertise in Investment Banking IT hiring to provide input to strategy, develop and manage recruitment plans, provide key market intelligence and act as a true business partner to your stakeholders across a range of business areas. You will work as part of a broader AMS team providing service to this client and will lead and participate in projects in your particular area of expertise and more broadly on the account. In addition the role-holder will take on broader responsibilities within the account management team. To succeed in this role you need to demonstrate: - Significant experience managing IT hiring within Investment Banking
