My client is a niche, entrepreneurial consultancy providing high level software and consultancy services to the Financial Services arena. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager to join their team in Scotland. The role will encompass management and development of an existing team of talented high calibre software developers. The ideal candidate will have excelled within a financial services environment, particularly investment banking, and have experience of managing a team of developers. They will have a strong technical background ideally in Agile development coupled with Java and/or C#/.Net experience. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in a Maths or Computer Science based discipline. This role will ideally suit an excellent communicator who is ambitious with a keen interest in software.
