Key responsibilities

• Production and distribution of periodic Performance measurement, Attribution and  Risk reporting.
• Respond to queries from Clients, Fund managers, Consultants, and internal parties.
• Manage day to day relationship with your assigned clients and cover for other clients when required.
• Monitor and research developments in performance measurement practices and contribute to department projects such as system and report development, procedure and training documentation  and competitor analysis
• Work closely as a team to ensure MIS and production tracking is monitored and targets are achieved
• Assist in the set up and transition of new business by working with accounting and new business teams, clients and consultants, to ensure smooth and successful on-boarding of client relationships.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as senior analysts will deal directly with clients, investment consultants, fund managers and senior internal personnel. 
• Organised and efficient with ability to work within small teams or as an individual contributor, within tight deadlines.

Required Experience

• Experience within a investment analytics environment covering performance measurement, attribution and risk analysis
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong Mathematics background.
• Excellent understanding of investment process, financial markets and instruments

Desirable Experience

•  Qualification CFA, IMC or CIPM .
• Systems experience of Bloomberg, Rimes, Wilshire Axiom and Atlas, Sungard WINs, Riskmetrics.
• Understanding of the principals of investment/fund accounting.
