Description
Being in charge of the performance & risk analysis of the portfolios managed in the Alternatives Investment Centers (mandates and funds) providing the standard pack of performance and risk analysis and answering all specific queries from clients and^prospects. supporting the other performance & risk analysts working on similar portfolios supporting investment people as well as marketing and sales people worldwide. Alternatives includes Multi-management, Fund of Hedge Funds,Convertibles, Private Equity, Non Listed Real Estate, LDI,.. monitoring the performance of the portfolios of the Alternatives Investment Centers on a weekly and monthly basis. identifing discrepancies in performance between similar portfolios. providing performance^attribution on the portfolios explaining the impact of all the investment decisions in line with the investment process. assisting the team manager in developing the Alternatives activities providing added value analysis on the investment processes by making the link between the risk areas and the areas of outperformance.
Profile Good practival knowledge on performance and /or risk analysis combined with a very hands on knowledge of excel and VBA High quality (university) degree level of education - financially-oriented discipline. Strong communication skills in English required. Additional languages (French, Dutch, German…) are a strong plus Analytical mind, ability to explain technical subjects in an easy way. Ability to share knowledge with colleagues.
