Fixed Income C++ Developer / Global Investment Bank / C++ / STL / Multithreading / Windows

A new opportunity has arisen for a C++ software developer with in depth experience in STL and multithreading to make a move into the financial markets. Joining a team of analyst/programmers within a global team you will be required to develop and maintain the core functionality of the trading platform for Fixed Income electronic trading business. Fixed Income Technology is responsible for the development and support of all front, middle and back office applications and systems that are used to support Fixed Income etrading business globally. Currently the Fixed Income team is comprised of over 200 staff in London, New York, Tokyo and Singapore and consistently growing.

This is a highly technical position which requires a background with software development/design predominately in C++. It’s preferred for the candidate to have experience working on large and complex software systems; however it is not essential to have gained this within the financial arena. The role will be primarily working on trading applications for the business and you will be expected to carry out all steps of the development lifecycle to deliver changes and new features.

Core technologies for this role include extensive C++, STL, Multithreading and Windows. Financial experience would be beneficial however not essential.
