Newly created senior role with excellent scope for progression. Part of the global operations investment banking function at a top tier bank you will form part of the growing operations reporting function.

In this diverse role you take the lead in operations Management Information (MI) control initiatives and projects on a global basis, working closely with counterparts in London and New York.

Specifically responsibilities will include;

• Reviewing control and integrity of global MI systems i.e. identifying gaps in manual / semi-automated BAU reporting, online tools and workflows
• Working with other operations teams and IT on areas such as data cleansing, completeness and integrity
• Collaborating with relevant teams to work on risk and control reporting
• Liaising with stakeholders to understand and deliver new reports
• Reviewing and driving process procedure and workflow documentation
• Reviewing existing BAU reporting, initiating streamlining and automation

To succeed in this position you will have at least 10 years experience in a management reporting and / or operations environment. You will have a strong control mindset and understanding of the management reporting process. You should also have experience with strategic change and automation projects.

Essential to this role are strong skills in tools such as Business Objects, MS Access and Excel, along with a highly analytical and creative personality.
