THE POSITION Title COO/ Head of Operations and Finance Location London Job Summary The candidate will be in charge of: • Compliance with regulators and legal aspects. • Due diligence, execution and monitoring of operations. • Risk management. • Support the family’s private investments with the highest professional standards. • Develop the company's investment activities. Candidate Profile • The candidate should have some ten to twelve years experience as part of the senior management of a medium sized company or a boutique firm preferably a private asset management or a trust company. Family Office experience is preferred. • Exposure to UNHWI and private wealth management is required • The candidate needs to have acquired an Anglo Saxon tax/legal/accounting and/or asset management background. • The candidate should have a deep understanding of trust structures and investment management products. Education • A Chartered Accountant, Master (or a BA) in Economics or Finance • Comfortable with both major UK and International tax and accounting rules ONLY BRITISH NATIONALS OR BRITISH RESIDENTS/ WORK PERMIT HOLDERS WILL BE CONSIDERED
