Our client, a highly respected and well established fund management firm, have a rare vacancy for a CFO (Real Estate Funds) at their City office.
The Opportunity
Due to further growth, our client has a rare opportunity for an experienced Real Estate candidate to oversee all aspects of the Finance function for its European Real Estate platform. This individual will oversee a team responsible for all financial reporting, internal controls, accounting, and oversight related to real estate assets owned both directly and through JVs. The investment vehicles currently consist of both open-end and closes-end funds.The firm are looking at other possibilities in terms of investments next year and are looking for someone to oversee the entire finance function for the Real Estate business.
Your Profile
The client is looking to meet candidates who are ACA/ACCA/CA/CFA qualified with extensive Real Estate experience. The client would ideally like to meet candidates (FD/CFO level) who have a Big 4 background. Ideally you will have solid experience on both the financial control front as well as tangible (Real Estate) commercial experience of JVs, financing, and the like. The client will expect you to have proven management experience as well as a strong track record of financial control in your previous roles.
