We offer a dynamic, fast-paced working environment that requires closely following world financial market movements and news while interacting in real-time with current and prospective clients. As a rapidly expanding firm that is opening new offices throughout the globe, there is rich potential for upward mobility in the Sales Department as well as opportunities in the firm’s other departments and locations, as well as in joint-venture partnerships.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting sales calls; responsible for bringing both new and experienced FX traders to the firm without cold calling
• Must follow financial markets on a daily basis and be able to articulate what is happening to clients
• Providing support for self-trading FX clients from all over the world on all of FXCM’s trading platforms
• Selling CFDs
• Assisting customers with account inquiries and turning customer interactions into sales opportunities
• Demonstrating all of our trading platforms and resources with prospective clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients through phone, email, and Live Person chat
• Special consideration for people who speak foreign languages. Arabic, Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese speakers in high demand.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the UK (No Visa sponsorship)
• 1-3 years prior FX and CFDs sales experience
• Demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events
• Write and speak persuasively and clearly
• Think quickly and problem-solve in real-time
• Bachelors degree in a related area with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Follow economics, international finance, foreign exchange and international news events
• Basic technical knowledge and experience in the financial markets a plus
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and midnight shifts
