Their mid market segment is continuing to grow market share and as a result, they are seeking a high calibre banker to utilise their extensive network and deal origination skills to drive profitable growth in target industry segments. Working closely with the General Manager, this role will focus on leading a relationship team to originate new business and provide ongoing management to a broad portfolio of corporate clients. Your ability to foster strong relationships and provide added momentum to a growing business are essential ingredients to be successful in this role. Specific responsibilities will include: - Initiating and driving strategies to acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating a team
- Supporting the GM in terms of strategic direction and growth of the business
- Marketing, credit control and profitability for the region
