Our client is a “best in class” specialist fund management company for out-of town retail property funds. Headquartered in London, the client has offices Madrid, Milan, Athens, Luxembourg, Prague, Warsaw, Istanbul, Hong Kong and Shanghai. The client manages three major real estate funds in Europe and due to further planned expansion is seeking to hire a Property Analyst to join its London team. Candidate Profile: Bright, numerate, able to easily integrate into a small team, some experience of financial modelling, probably having worked for at least 2 or 3 years, perhaps in an investment bank or property consultancy environment… and wanting to work for a specialist fund management company with the prospect of their potential next career step being an asset manager or acquisitions manager. Candidate Contribution: • Modelling / forecasting/ analysis for investor reporting, new acquisitions and strategic initiatives • Regular data analysis and interpretation • Portfolio performance analysis • Regular liaison with Asset Managers in Europe to improve data flow • Regular reporting to Country Heads, Directors and Investors Candidate Skills • Graduate (1st class or 2:1) degree with strong quantitative element • 2 or 3 years of real estate experience • Numerate with strong Excel skills, including some experience in producing forecast models • Well organised with high analytical skills and attention to detail • Ambitious and seeking responsibility • Fluency in a 2nd European language an advantage • An enthusiastic, bright professional with good communication skills This an excellent carrer opportunity with a competitive package to include bonus and benefits.
