The Role

Looking for an experienced VP with extensive UK transaction experience who can assist with the running of mandates for the team. The successful candidate is likely to have held a similar position within the UK team of a bulge bracket investment bank or leading boutique. Cross Sector transaction experience would be advantageous although exceptional candidates from a sector specific background will also be considered.

Responsibilities will also include:

Origination and new business development.

Acting as interface between Directors/MDs and Associates/Analysts

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years experience doing transaction based M&A advisory work with a top tier investment bank or leading boutique. Should be comfortable managing a team
