Our client is one of the world's most established energy marketeers with significant presence in Asia Pacific. Due to continued growth, there is now a newly created headcount for a global options commodities product controller its global team, based in Singapore.

Reporting to the Global Head of Product Control in London, you will be supporting the local Front Office team through the provision of timely and accurate Management Information (MI) (Position & P&L). You will be assuring the accuracy of Singapore related trades in the relevant deal capture systems. As part of the initiatives, you will be initiating and streamlining daily global processes and contributing to the team’s transformation activities through project work.

You are degree qualified with 6 to 9 years' relevant commercial experience. Good understanding of trading strategies, with an emphasis on derivatives instruments and understanding of the requirements of the control environment in a trading business. Good knowledge of trading MI and associated business and accounting & control processes and systems. Experience with the Murex platform will be of particular value. Understanding of the financial and energy commodity derivatives markets (OTC and exchange-traded). You are articulate, confident and has strong business acumen.
