An internationally established fund services provider with offices in twelve locations worldwide is seeking an Account Manager (Hedge Fund Administration) for their office based in Cyprus. You will be responsible for a number of clients in the areas of NAV calculation, shareholder reporting and compliance.

Our client is a growing fund and corporate administration company. internationally established fund services provider with offices in twelve locations worldwide and a well established operating systems and SAS 70 approved control framework.
They provide Fund Administration for hedge funds, fund of funds and private equity funds including evaluating Fund Documents from an operational perspective, valuation of the fund, calculation of Net Asset Value and share registry services.
They are seeking Account Manager (Hedge Fund Administration) for their office based in Nicosia, Cyprus who will be responsible for a number of clients in the areas of NAV calculation, shareholder reporting and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
To ensure timely and accurate NAV calculation on a weekly or monthly basis
Supervision of a team of Fund Accountants and Senior Fund accountants
Responding to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring a first class service to clients within your group
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and other requirements of the funds specifications
Ensure a timely and accurate delivery of the core service and product, Fund Accounting and Transfer agency
Detailed review of NAV calculations for Hedge Funds
Preparation of financial statements as required
Supervision and training of Fund Accounting staff Report to the Senior Account Manager and be congruent in the team’s goals and objectives
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role incorporating the above functions
Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP as applicable to Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds
An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
An accountancy qualification would be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Access (Experience on Paxus an advantage)
Authorised to work in the EU
