Reporting to the Head of the department, you will be responsible for making sure that the Bank has a visible representative in all large, high profile projects within the region ensuring client satisfaction and maximisation of company profits.   You will be heavily involved in sourcing potential projects by utilising a network of local and corporate contacts within both Government and financial organisations as well as the evaluation of the viability of them.  You will work closely with the client to draft financial structures for the selected projects and will submit final proposals and undertake negotiations.

You should be degree educated and ideally hold an MBA.  You should have extensive banking knowledge with strong experience within project finance and/or loans syndication.  Excellent communications skills are essential with a fluency in English being essential, Arabic skills would be a distinct advantage too.  You should have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised.  You should also demonstrate sound decision making and problem solving skills.  Experience within the UAE market is highly desirable as cultural awareness and adaptability to cultural sensitivities are key to the role.
