Overview: We are looking to recruit a candidate to join the TSS and CMFI team to take a prime position in managing the existing client relationships for the bank. With your knowledge of Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) and Collateralised Debt Obligation (CDO), you will be responsible for overseeing all document reviews, responding to client queries and building relationships both internally within Deutsche Bank and externally with your clients.
Key Responsibilities: • Act as relationship manager for a set of respective clients. Dealing with major issues with key clients • Be the key point of knowledge within the team on CLOs • Review transaction documentation from a mechanical perspective in conjunction with Transaction Management Group (TMG) • Ensure Diary system is used and updated on a regular basis by the members of the team • Approve monthly balance sheet sign off • Implement and document new procedures • Monitor compliance tests and trigger events • Monitor operations and reconciliation reports on outstanding items • Work on system conversion projects • Timely escalation of client or operational problems to Manager • Analyze and problem-solve issues that arise on an ad-hoc basis • Any other duties or projects as required
You will have: • Proven experience within a similar role, and knowledge of (CLO) and (CDO) • Solid systems experience, including Excel and Access • Strong reconciliation skills and an understanding of structured financial products • Good numeracy skills • Able to take the initiative
