• HK Based. Regional Team

Our client is a leading global financial services organisation with a strong track record of achievement. A number of upgrades and improvements are planned across the finance business globally which requires strong project managers to help drive the changes required. Two roles currently exist in the HK Derivatives Change Group. This team works closely with Product Control to project manage the implementation of systems and processes. The focus is on a full range of derivatives products. Most projects will be across Equities, Structured Equity Derivatives, Structured Rates, Credit Derivatives and FX.

The successful candidates will be tasked with full project management responsibilities including:

• Analysis of the current system and user requirements
• Project planning
• Writing of specifications
• Testing and reviewing

The ideal candidate will have around 6-10 years experience and this must include running projects in another bank. It is advantageous but not essential to be a qualified accountant. Candidates could come from a product control, financial control, risk or similarly relevant background providing they have demonstrable project management experience. The candidate will need to be persistent and capable of engaging and working effectively with the business. Cantonese language skills are helpful but not a prerequisite.
