Our client is an asset management company with extensive network with family office and HNW clients. Upon the current expansion of business in HK, which is currently looking for a high calibre candidate to oversee the operation of the company.
Asset Management - COO
Responsibilities:
Based in Hong Kong, the candidate will be responsible for managing the whole business operations of the Company which includes operations, finance and accounting and project development. These duties include the management of funds administration and valuation; financial and management reporting; budgeting, forecasting and cash management. Besides, he/she will be responsible to identify, recommend and implement appropriate new projects and work flow, as well as cross-examine business needs to meet the company, market and investors’ demand.
Requirements:
The candidate should have over 15 years of solid experience in both top-tier investment banks and fund houses and taking on COO responsibilities at present. Current experience in Hedge Fund or Asset Management business will be an advantage in applying for this position. You must posses strong business acumen, leadership and excellent communication skills. CPA qualification is a prerequisite.
