This responsibility includes assuring the alignment of objectives across product, sales, operations and other key resources against the strategic agenda and its financial and operating performance. The Global Product Manager will drive the establishment and maintenance of clear product definitions, the product development agenda, clear sales and client segmentation strategies, marketing plans, market coverage oversight and service delivery performance. In order to manage the above, the Global Product Manager is expected to work in close partnership with relevant heads of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Service Delivery and Origination and Client Coverage. The individual will report directly into the Global Head of Product – Broker Services, Securities Services.

Key responsibilities will be - business strategy and management, product development, financial performance and pricing policies, sales and marketing and people and process management.

Attributes for success in this role - direct experience in securities Services related productsfor minimum 10 years, and experience in dealing with capital markets (Prime Brokerage)and understanding of treasury related products. You must have excellent interpersonal, change management and influencing skills. There will be be some travelling involved.
