Excellent chance to join this leading mid market private equity fund.  The fund focuses on making investments in the £20m- £100 million size in UK mid market companies, where they have identifified a significant potential for growth and development.  They are very successful and have one of the most stable teams.  Their investments have, in many cases, been exceptionally successful and delivered strong IRR for investors.

This role involves a real mix of deal execution, investment appraisal and also work on portfolio management of assts and working with the investee companies on key strategic issues affecting  their portfolio.

We are interested in meeting candidates who will have a background as follows:

-  UK private equity professionals from other funds

-  ACAs with excellent corporate turnaround, restructuring, or corporate finance experience 

- strategy consultants with very good UK client experience, probably with an excellent mix of private equity advisor, due diligence and strategy

-  investment bankers with corporate finance or turnaorund experience

It is vital that you have very good UK deal and client exposure.
