Our client is a leading real estate player with regional presence in Asia. They are looking for a Senior Manager to handle their corporate finance and treasury for one of their business units in Singapore

Being the key person in charge of corporate finance, you will be integral in the structuring of their real estate funds, especially in facilitating asset acquisitions. With a strong network and supporting the investment team, you will be negotiating with financial institutions and banks in structuring the financing of their existing and new projects. In addition, you will also be responsible for financial reporting, management as well as treasury.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Finance and have at least 6 years of corporate finance experience within a real estate organisation or an investment banking environment. A strong communicator, you should be able to work independently in the fast-paced environment. Proficiency in financial modelling and familiarity in real estate funds and asset securitisations are also essential.
